Start with a
trial session
No experience required. We meet you where you are. Bring comfortable sportswear, a towel, and about 90 minutes.
What happens in the trial session?
We do a short check of your goals and health background, warm up together, cover technique basics, and guide you through an adapted workout. At the end we answer your questions and show you the next steps.
What should I bring?
Sportswear, clean indoor shoes, a towel, and something to drink. Arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time.
Is it really free?
Yes. The trial session is free and completely non-binding. Afterwards you can decide calmly whether you want to continue.
